Attorney Asaf Arazi-Biton specializes in real estate, representing developers and residents in urban renewal projects, clients in commercial real estate transactions, and assisting private buyers and sellers of resale apartments.
Assaf makes it a point to give personal attention to each client, with maximum availability, and delves into the details of every transaction in order to tailor the appropriate and correct deal for the client. Assaf knows the market well and knows how to advise clients on the commercial aspects of the transaction as well – such as location, price, negotiation, and feasibility of promoting projects with the authorities.
As a former legal advisor to a protected housing facility, Assaf also has extensive experience in the Protected Housing Law and in advising senior citizens who wish to enter an apartment in protected housing. Another area of focus for the firm is family wealth management planning and intergenerational transfer planning – focusing on providing solutions for clients through strategic thinking across planning, tax, and legal aspects, including drafting wills, prenuptial agreements, and lasting power of attorney documents to protect client interests.
Adv. Assaf Arazi-Biton holds four academic degrees: a bachelor’s degree in law from Reichman University, a master’s degree in business administration in the international track (IMBA) from Bar-Ilan University in cooperation with the Lauder Business School in Vienna, Austria, as well as an additional bachelor’s degree in social sciences and humanities (with honors) and an additional master’s degree in Middle Eastern studies (with honors).
